Meet the National Alliances
A quick read of the annual brief reports filed by the National Alliances gives an immediate idea of the breadth and depth of the Alliance Against Hunger and Malnutrition’s membership. The reports call for the National Alliances to list their members, which ranges from one NGO member in Ireland to 118 unique organizations in Nigeria. They describe their relationships with their governments, which can range from being financed totally by the national government as in Brazil, to being totally self-financed as in Indonesia. The same is true for their listing of their core activities and achievements – each National Alliance makes its own decision on its goals and activities and future planning which they include in their annual reports.
